The migration of PowerStream residential customers to the regulated province-wide Time-Of-Use pricing structure is well underway.Over 212,000 PowerStream residential customers are now being billed TOU pricing with approximately 20,000 more being switched to TOU pricing each month. On average, residential customers who have been migrated to TOU pricing without shifting their consumption to off-peak or mid-peak price periods have experienced a marginal increase in their electricity costs.
